I just purchased credits but they aren't showing up!

If you just purchased credits and they aren't showing up in your account then you should try two things:

1. Log out of your account and log back in.

2. Make sure that you don't already have another Keyword Inspector account with another email address.

    Hi guys,

    Not a good start, I have paid for credits with PayPal and you requested and I have NO CREDITS with you, where are they??

    I have tried to log in and out several times but no good !!

    Then there is no real good way for fast help or contact.

    Very bad customer service and business model.

    The same problem over here, just bought the one time subscription and paid by paypal but shows no credit on my account

    I opened dispute on PayPal and PayPal has reversed my payment to this fake good-for-nothing site. I'd suggest you all do the same
